Working for 13 years in the mental health field has given me the ability, knowledge, and wisdom to know what works for clients, and frankly...what doesn't.
My goal as a coach is simple: Find out what is blocking the client from being their most pure, authentic, and fulfilled self and work with that client until that person feels free and in alignment with who they're meant to be.
Change happens quickly with clients who are motivated to take action toward their goals and dreams.
I schedule clients organically and thoughtfully and work with each individual to create a plan that's right for them.
Change can be uncomfortable, but after all...our comfort zones aren't that comfortable either! :)
